INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

Customs, duties, and tax vary based on location and product. Therefore, we are not capable of including customs charges on international orders; any customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer. You will not be reimbursed for charges incurred in the international shipping process.

 

International shipping may encounter delays due to COVID-19 precautions. Once your order leaves our facility, we are not responsible for any delays.

Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled any time before your order has shipped. Please email babyeatstheabcs@gmail.com to cancel your order.

 

Returns: If you are truly unhappy with your purchase and would like to return it, we will refund you the cost of the item only, not to include shipping, and the cost to return the item is your responsibility via USPS. You must request a return within 7 days of receiving your item. Please contact us at babyeatstheabcs@gmail.com before sending your item back. Only unused, undamaged, and complete items are eligible for a refund.

 

Refunds will be processed via the original form of payment once we have approved, received, and inspected the return(s).
